Creating your account
There are two options for creating an account with Blue Ink Group. You can complete out the online form here, or you can call us on 1300 680 560 for a team member to set you up on the phone. After you have been set up, you can place an order online, by logging in, or with one of our team members directly.
Logging into your account
We have created multiple ways for customers to log into their account. The most obvious one is available on the front page of the website here. You can also login by either clicking on, or hovering over, the login link which is located in the top right corner of our site (on every page). Once you have logged in you will see your dashboard.
Performing a search
At the top of every page, you will find a search form that you can use to find products by name and by product code. You can search for items and then narrow down your results by clicking on the links on the left-hand side of your results.
Navigating our site
Below the search box, you will find a list of top categories. Under each of these categories, the menu will expand to show you subcategories that you can click to browse our products. If you cannot find an item, try using our search form.
