Our website is open for Australia-wide delivery for domestic orders (in addition to our existing commercial orders by account only). As part of this new website release, we have set competitive pricing in both our products and delivery fees. These delivery fees will be automatically calculated on checkout once your postcode is set.
A few things to note with delivery options:
- Free Shipping for orders $89 GST inclusive and offered for all non-bulky products. We aim to give competitive shipping rates on all products, however, for some of the bulkier items, the delivery fee is slightly higher and a free shipping threshold of $89 may not be available.
- In the ACT and surrounds, we use Blue Ink delivery vans and trucks which means we can deliver all products (even bulky items) super-fast and at a very competitive rate. For the rest of Australia, we primarily use Australia Post and Star Track but will occasionally use other shipping carriers for bulky items.
- The delivery time estimate is based on our delivery partner's (Australia Post) postage time.
- We are always happy to work with your needs. So, if you have any special requirements, please add them to the checkout order notes or contact us directly and we can assist.
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8:00 am - 5:00 AEST.
- Orders are processed same day for dispatch the following business day. Cutoff for next day delivery is 4pm. At times delivery can take an extra day if there is a promotion taking place.
- In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
- To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from your Account Manager.
- In some cases, if you are requesting delivery to a remote location, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. Alternatively, on a case-by-case basis, an additional freight cost may be applicable to fulfill these orders.
